Dear Red Robin

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a remarkable experience my family and I had while dining at Red Robin in the United States. As frequent travelers, all over. We are Canadian but we have had the pleasure of experiencing hospitality across the globe, but one server truly stood out during our visit yesterday.  My best friend mentioned a restaurant she visits often, as she is originally from Buffalo. For us - it was our first time at Red Robin.

Chris, a server at Red Robin, in Orchard Park. Provided an unforgettable dining experience. His genuine enthusiasm and ability to engage with our young children made our meal not just enjoyable, but memorable. His natural talent for hospitality is something that deserves significant recognition. 

Given Red Robin's commitment to quality service, I believe Chris would be an excellent candidate for training other servers! Something to think about. His authentic approach and ability to connect with guests can greatly enhance the dining experience for many more families. He was by far the best server I've saw - across the globe. 

Because of Chris's exceptional service, we look forward to returning to Red Robin in the future. Thank you for fostering an environment where such talent can shine!
