We have veggie burgers and plant-based protein options, including the Impossible Burger at all of our US locations and the LightLife® burger patty in our Canadian locations. All our burgers along with our many salad choices are customizable to fit your needs. Just ask, and it will be so
How often does your menu change?
We like to keep things fresh. That means bringing new and delicious flavors to our Guests every few months. Sometimes we may showcase a totally new burger or drink, while other times we may bring back an old favorite. You can keep up-to-date on these items by viewing Specials in the menu.

My favorite item is gone.
Oh no! Sorry about that. We are continually evolving our menu in our quest to keep things fresh and meet our Guests' wishes. It's hard to please everyone but keep those ideas and requests coming by contacting us. We will take your feedback into consideration when making future menu changes.
Where can I find nutritional information?
You can view nutritional information for the majority of Red Robin’s regular items from our Allergens & Nutrition page. Nutritional information for seasonal, regional or limited-time only items isn’t available at this time. But, customization and accommodations have always been a part of our culture. Just tell your server about any nutritional preferences you have, and we’ll start cooking up your kind of Yummm®.
Where can i find your allergy-friendly menu?
The most up-to-date way to find out what menu items are allergen safe is our allergen-friendly menu. At Red Robin, we are always changing ingredients and menus to keep up with public tastes and seasonal demands, and to be able to provide you the safest recommendations, the interactive allergen menu is kept current and accurate throughout any change. It is your single source of truth!
Why are steak fries not recommended for guests avoiding some allergens?
While our steak fries do not include wheat, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish nor milk, and Red Robin does have a dedicated fryer for cooking our steak fries, it is not recommended to consume the steak fries if you are trying to avoid these allergens due to possible cross contact in our fryer station.
What steps do you take to keep my meal safe from cross contact of allergens?
Your server will alert the kitchen staff of the allergen order. Then our kitchen staff will use the designated purple allergen kit and tools to create your meal. It will then be identified with a purple pick so the server is aware that this is the allergen meal and it was prepared using the Red Robin allergen procedures. The entire kit and all the tools are washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to the next use.
Is your Red Robin seasoning considered gluten free?
Yes, it is, we now even call it out as Gluten Free on all our bottles and packaging.
Do your team members receive allergen training?
Our Team members are trained using our Allergen Program Standard procedures when they are hired and their knowledge is validated with a quiz. Our kitchen staff and our servers are also asked questions by our third-party auditing company to verify and test their allergen knowledge four times a year. Twice a day, managers visually inspect that the allergy tools are clean and in good condition.
