B.J. Novak, LA chef Tim Hollingsworth and friends are taking their pop-up series, Chain, a step further with ChainFest – a three-day event paying homage to their favorite chain restaurants. Festival-goers will enjoy exclusive and elevated bites, beverages and cocktails from Red Robin and other iconic brands December 1-3 in Los Angeles, CA. Every bite and sip is included in the cost of entry.
An icon returns – Chain's MadLove Redux
The beloved Red Robin burger will be featured at ChainFest for one weekend only. It will feature Chain’s custom dry-aged beef and bone marrow burger blend, a Parm-Jack-Mozzarella tuile, candied Nueske’s bacon, house-made jalapeño relish, market-fresh avocados and lemon-lime marinated tomatoes — all super-stuffed in a Rockenwagner potato-brioche hybrid bun. A BBQ VeggieLove Mushroom Burger is also available upon request!
Introducing Red Robin's Burgertini
Elevate your experience at ChainFest with Red Robin’s sippable burger in a glass! This savory cocktail starts with a Red Robin Seasoning rim then shakes up muddled tomatoes, Ketel One vodka, beef bone broth and pickle brine.
